Monday – Leg Day

Today I did legs after getting the baby to bed.

Here’s the workout I did:

 

I have no idea how to make Instagram videos/pictures actually show up in my posts, which would be helpful to have so I could just go to them and watch them right here.

Anyways…. All exercises were superset with jump rope. Do some squats, jump rope, do more squats, etc.

Warmed up with ten minutes walking on the treadmill at an incline.

Squats: Went up to 25 lbs each side – do more next time

Lunges: 40 lbs

Hip Thursts: No weight

Monster Walk: 40 lbs? I don’t remember. This exercise is weird.
