Saturday night after nugget fell asleep I went to the gym to workout shoulders.
Hopefully my left shoulder will start feeling better because these weights seem quite puny.
Smith Machine Shoulder Press (5lbs each side)
Arnold Press (10lb dumbbells) superset with Upright Row w/ Plate (25lbs)
Rear Delt Cable Pull (5lbs) superset with Side Laterals w/ Pinkie Up (5lbs)
Wide Grip Upright Row (20lb bar) superset with Front Raise w/ Dumbbell (17.5lbs)
Burnout with 3 pound dumbbell: 10 side raises, 10 front raises, 10 presses
And then I did some interval running on the treadmill. I can definitely pick up the pace next time. But this time I did a warm up for 5 minutes at 3.5 mph. Then for the next 25 minutes I alternated between one minute at 7.6 mph and a minute of 3.5 mph.
