The Plan

So, now that I’ve address some potential roadblocks, here’s a continuation of the plan.

Diet – Carb Cycling

This should give me the nutrition I’ll need to continue breastfeeding. Make sure not to skimp on any veggies on the low/no carb days and keep taking vitamins! Ask Rich to keep making extra chicken whenever he cooks his meals. Stock up on oats and sweet potatoes.

Working Out

Working out is hard right now. But it is possible. Dedicate time to working out on higher carb days, either at work or once the baby goes to sleep. Hold off on other things like meal prep, cleaning, catching up on sleep, whatever for lower carb days. Talk about this plan with Rich so he knows what to expect and see if he agrees with this approach.
