There are some roadblocks that need to be tackled in order to make this thing happen. Here’s a list of potential excuses I could make to justify not making progress, and how I will tackle them to make sure there are no excuses.
|No time for the gym||Baby-involved workouts (going for a long walk, squats with baby, etc.)|
|No time to prepare food||Have Rich make extra food whenever he makes his meals|
|But I’m so tired||Suck it up. Remember your goal and how great you feel when you’re in shape|
I’ll keep adding to this list as I think of more excuses I’m likely to make.
