There are some roadblocks that need to be tackled in order to make this thing happen.┬áHere’s a list of potential excuses I could make to justify not making progress, and how I will tackle them to make sure there are no excuses.

Excuse Solution
No time for the gym Baby-involved workouts (going for a long walk, squats with baby, etc.)
No time to prepare food Have Rich make extra food whenever he makes his meals
But I’m so tired Suck it up. Remember your goal and how great you feel when you’re in shape

I’ll keep adding to this list as I think of more excuses I’m likely to make.
