Before I got pregnant, I was floating between 135-140 pounds at 5’5″. I gained at least 60 pounds, getting up to 200 pounds at the end. Way more than the recommended 25-35.

So now comes the struggle to get back in shape while balancing work, spending as much time as possible with my new baby and maintaining a healthy loving relationship with my husband. Oh yeah, and sleep.

Goal weight: 135 pounds

Current weight: 161 pounds (26 pounds to go)

Target date: June 19, 2017

That’s a little more rapid than the recommended weight loss of 1-2 ┬ápounds per week but it’s summer. I need to up my timeline a little bit.
